Leaders Speak Admiral Thad Allan Highlights the Role of Meta-Leadership
In a recent interview, Adm Thad Allan (USCG-Ret.) highlighted Harvard University's National Preparedness Leadership Initiative and meta-leadership as relevant tools when responding to disasters. "I don't want to single one program out, but I think it's extremely useful to take a look at the work they're doing on meta-leadership," said Allan. "The elements of that program are very important.
